Dalarna University
Dalarna University was established in 1977 and today has some 18,000 registered students. There are two campuses, one in Borlänge and one in Falun. Distance education is also offered in various forms, including Web-Based Distance Learning.
We offer 40 programmes of study and more than 200 single subject courses in the following fields: Computer Science and IT; Economics, Society and Tourism; Sport and Health; Culture, Media and Design; Languages; Technology and Nature; Education; Health Care, Social Work and Medicine. As well, our facilities are modern and fitted with state-of-the-art equipment.
