The School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg


With about 7 500 students, 450 employees, 150 international partner universities, its main subjects – economics and law – and six departments, the School has a unique width. The research is characterized by cooperation across geographical, institutional and disciplinary boundaries. There is also internationally recognized research in management and organizational development, accounting, environmental and development economics, innovation and intellectual property. Another important research area is logistics and transport. The School offers undergraduate education, research and postgraduate education.

 

 

Job assignments

 This post will commence in the autumn term of 2012 or at the time agreed. The period of employment will initially be one year, with the opportunity to extend the post for a further three years in total. Persons employed as doctoral students shall principally devote themselves to their own studies, but the position may include work for the department, such as teaching and administrative work up to 20% of full-time service; in such a case, the employment will be extended by a corresponding length of time.
