III. Job profile
Requirements (academic qualifications, academic merits, expertise, knowledge, skills)
Notwithstanding the statutory provisions, a PhD or equivalent in criminology is required.
The position involves the preparation of the 2th year master criminology and supervision and assessment of master theses. Excellent teaching experiences in and publications in the fields of penology, security, youth and policing are a prerequisite for application. Every first appointment is dependent upon the successful delivery of a teaching session. This position should also result in generating (European) criminological research in the domain of penology, policing, security or youth.
